There were famous people in Edwardsville this week. They are shooting scenes for a new movie called “The Return” in our town. Some of the scenes were shot about a mile away (on interstate 55 at highway 143), others were shot only THREE blocks away (at Mojo’s Music Store). Apparently, one of the stars of the movie…someone named Tim Robbins??? was at a bar less than TWO blocks away from our house. He “jammed” with the band for a while. I’ve been in that bar before many times. And probably, had we had our windows open last night, we could have heard it! BUMMER! How cool would that have been?
