Okay, so I figured I needed a Sam update! Sam is crawling like a mad-baby! He’s everywhere & into everything! He can pull himself up on things (quite well, I might add). His skills are improving by the second! I mean that too! One minute he can’t do something, and the next, he’s a pro at it. I don’t understand how it happens that fast! Here’s an example. This morning, he was trying to pull himself up onto a toy. He dropped the block he was reaching for, so he bent down to pick it up. Naturally, without “big-boy-grace” he fell over. He tried it again a few minutes later, and it’s already mastered! He’s starting to “creep” along toys too. He tries to move from one to another. It’s amazing! I’m going to put my money on walking before the next month or two!

By the way, the photo was taken a few days ago. I went to wake him up because his nap was reaching the 4-hour mark and it was already 7pm. He didn’t wake up when I went in the room. He didn’t wake up when I left the room to get the camera. He didn’t wake up when I came back and snapped a few pictures. He was SOUND ASLEEP!!! While we’re on the subject of sleep, Sam has been sleeping all the way through the night for the last few weeks. No more late-night binky searches under the crib in the pitch dark…for now anyway!
